penge ako ng program.nag papa lean ako.yung typical 1 week program na dapat ko sundin.ipapaskil ko sa wall ko.

araw araw ako nag ru run, mga 5k to 12k salitan.so sa pag define ng muscles ako hirap.

^uy bro, sorry late reply. 1700 ata pag solo 24/7. pag partner rate 1400. may off peak rate din (ganun yung membership ko). bale pag offpeak 1,100. pero entry time from 9am-4:30pm and 11pm-5am lang. ang ok dito e walang lock in period.

sa program, meron silang generic program para sa lahat. bale pag member ka na, magkakaroon ka ng sariling folder tapos dun nakalagay yung program mo. sabihin mo lang yung goal mo para matweak yung program according sa goal mo. may initial assessment naman bago ka magsimula.

newbie sa gymn here! a month na akong nggymn ok naman results kaso ang naemphasize talaga eh yung braso ko. napabili ako ngayon ng Promatrix7 kasi cheaper xa; ang goal ko eh mggain ng mass kaso namamahalan ako sa mass gainers. wala naman problema sa eating habits ko, sinusunod ko mga payo dito na distributed dapat ung meals; i eat 5-6 times a day. Ask ko lang po sino na nakasubok ng Promatrix7? simulan ko na intake ngayon xD

1 and a half month na ata ako ngGYM. meron naman onting improvement sa katawan pero hirap talaga ako magpataba  :-(

hi sir, its better to figure for yourself kung ano ang mag wowork sa sarili mo... hindi pare pareho ang routine na nag wo-work sa ibat-ibang tao... trust me, ilang years na rin ako nag wo-workout... for my first year nag try ako ng routine na nababasa ko from different sources, guess what, none of them worked for me... pero nung nag experiment ako para sa sarili ko... yehey! Hello Muscles!

4 weeks pa lang ako nag bubuhat...

pag nagbubuhat ako chest then tricep pinag sasabay ko..
then next is shoulder and back..

pero minsan puro chest and tricep lang. ayon kasi binagay sa akin nung may ari ng gym..

ok kaya yon? sa isang linggo mga 2 days ako di nagbubuhat pero,minsan lahat yon puro chest and triceps..
sa tingin nyo ba ok yon?

Pero ako nung unang program na pinagawa sakin is every other day Chest,Bicep/tricep | Back,Tricep/Biceps  | Shoulders, Legs and lahat sinasabayan ko ng abs and minsan cardio.... pero sir yung chest tricep na regular? panget yan in my opinion. . ayaw mo naman siguro malaki harap mo, back/shoulders,legs mo naiiwan, hindi maganda tignan dahil hindi proportion parang jhonny bravo LOL.. chaka dapat may interval per muscle group, kunwari nag chest ka ngayon, after shoulders then back chaka chaka ka mag chest ulit para maiwasan ang over exercise... Pag winork-out mo isang muscle group ng 2 consecutive days or session,para mong hinihiwa  yung muscle mo ng blade araw araw -_-

uu sir, hindi mo naman pag sasabayin yung tricep at bicep... kung mag chest ka tapos sasabayan mo ng arms, pwede ka mamili sa tricep or bicep. Sa point of view ko kasi sir, panget maiwan ang legs eh :) hindi magiging proportion .... chaka kasi habang lumalaki yung muscle mo bumibigat, so pag bumigat yung upper body mo, kawawa naman yung lower body mo baka mahirapan ka na lumakad haha..

cool netong crossfit, saktong sakto for balance fitness hindi lang muscle muscle...  kaso mahirap to pwede kung limited lang ang resources mo  :))

suggestion ko lang din sa mga beginners, follow ninyo yun advise ni charmonium. hindi ka magkakamali dyan, or read nyo yun starting strength ni mark rippetoe. the programs is very simple and yet seems "bitin" to most lifters kasi nga 3-4 exercises lang sya anf 3x a week.  pero if you will do this as recommended, ubos kayo dito. good if you aim for the shredded look pero sad to say, your genes have something to do with it. develop strength first and everything else will follow.

isa pa, dont ever, ever lift cute. lift like a man hehehe
