maintenance mode. 4 days ng naka diet mode ako. kelangan di gumalaw sa 145lbs. so eto, nguya ng century tuna na may konting pepper. mamya ito na naman almusal ko samahan ko na lang ng tinapay.

tapos next week, creatine loading phase. tapos sunod na week basagan na ulit hehehe

@marzi - aga ng diet mo sir ah! may new year's lamon mode on pa! hehehe...  anong creatine gagamitin mo sir? gamit ko kasi ngayon is Creatine Ethyl Ester, no need na mag loading phase...

ito na kasi yung weight ko before xmas eh..gulat nga ako di gumalaw..nga pala, wag kayong mag timbang sa iba..kung may weighing scale kayo sa bahay, dun lang..mako-confuse lang kayo pag sinubukan nyo sa iba..iba din ang bigat nyo dun..

may natitira pa akong appetite suppressant, isa na lang. tinago ko yun para sa new year. pansin ko lang pag nagtake ako nun kasabay ng 7 hours na tulog parang kargado ako pag umiinom..umaabot ako ng 3 granma hanggang banlawan hehehe..

145! gaan mo na pre!

gaan ka dyan..target ko 135lbs na muscle mass eh hehehe..matagal tagal to lalo na hindi ko naman masyado kinakarir yung gym..


eto may tanong ako sa inyo mga pre..have you tried browsing the first 10 pages of this thread..very informative..dun ako bumabalik minsan pag may mga tanong ako na ayoko na i-google..

eto pa, anong pang motivate ninyo..madaming beses ko na tong naririnig pati sa mga kaofis kong nagbubuhat din..minsan nawawalan sila ng motivation..ako ugali ko na magdala ng bag na may lamang pamalit na damit para pagka out ko sa ofis, wala ng "pass muna" attitude..isa pa, madami din siguro ang nakakisip sa inyo na nakakatamad yung pupunta ka dun para gawin yung mga workouts na nakasanayan mo na..ang iniisip ko kelangan ko habulin yung bench press ng mga kasabay ko hehehe..

oo pero para sa akin minor development lang ang nakita ko..i did pushups for almost 2 years..there was growth, pero hanggang ganun lang..i havent added other factors like proper nutrition and supplementation back then..i even tried itouch apps like that 100 pushups thingy, na kumpleto ko sya eventually..pero strength lang ang nakuha ko..my triceps got a bit defined but it didnt bulk up..

if you have dumbbells to add to your daily workouts baka makatulong sya lalo na yung chest flyes and pullovers..and also proper form and breathing..

try mo din yung method na babagal ka pababa tapos flex then bigla ka push.

im no gym authority, i just found some good reads off the net and some tips here..but i experiment a lot..  :)

Yes you can. But minor lang. If you want and if you have time, try doing Ballistic Push up. Maraming variations ang ballistic push ups. Modified push up ito like clapping your hands before lifting your body, side to side, knuckled pushups and etc. Marami sa youtube nian. Or you can do BURPEES..  yung may push up version.. overall yan.. try searching in on youtube..  :)

disagree ako dun sa hindi na mag breakfast. kailangan mo din lumamon kahit konti. kailangan mo yung carbs para energy para kumilos at mas makapag sunog eh.

meron naman reserve na fats kung walang carbs. yun ang ibburn ng katawan mo. hindi advisable ang magskip ng breakfast kung magwworkout ka. pero kung papasok ka lang naman sa school or kung hindi ka naman mag weweights or any physical activity,ok lang hindi.

marzi, advise ko lang, kung goal mo e wag na gumalaw pataas sa 145, wag ka na magcrea. pag nagcrea ka, bibigat ka dahil sa water retention lalo kung first time mo gumamit.

hehehe 3rd bottle ko na to e..

i just want to keep my weight at 145lbs dahil yun yung weight ko bago ako tumigil for xmas and new years binge..

checked the scale kanina, i gained 5lbs hehehe im at 150...salamat sa bumahang beer, excellente ham at blue and black labels..pati na din fundador nung new year..

im ok if im gaining weight lalo na pag ganitong panahon..pagkagising ko kanina naisip ko agad yung kakayod ko na weight pagbalik ko next week..

ngayon naka conditioning mode na ko..15 cardio bike tapos 4 sets pushups tapos balik 15 mins bike..might stay longer in the gym when i get back..sagad ko na siguro 1 hour kasama na 20 mins bike..

sa mga ibang nagccrea, mas tipid pag powder na lang gamitin kesa yung capsules. kaso bihira yung powder sa mga bilihan usually sa mga online stores lang meron.

^muscle building supplement. nagssupply sya ng energy sa muscles para mas makapush harder ka sa workout. tumutulong din para sa mabilis na recovery from DOMS after workout. naturally occuring ito na nakukuha din sa mga meat, fish, eggs etc.

havent tried this sir pero ok ang feedback ng mga gumamit nito sa net..

ahhh kala ko first time na gamit mo kasi sabi mag loloading phase ka. di na ata kelangan mag load pa kung pangatlong bote mo na. unless nagccycle ka. anyway, depende pa rin naman sayo kung umeepekto. sabi nga stick to what works.

hehe right..di ko na mention na 3rd cycle ko na ito..medyo irregular pa nga dahil wala akong time magpunta sa cnc para bumili..1st bottle was used about 7 months ago..then naubos after 1 month..tapos yung 2nd nung oct - 750mg/cap grabe ang hirap lunukin makuha ko lang yung 4.5g na daily dose..ngayon nakahanap ako 2500mg ulit..dalawa dalawa na lang kada dose..

yea yung powder and hirap hanapin..ang madami dito yung naka mix na sa mga pre workout powders na may iba pa ding halo..try ko mag stack ng crea, whey tsaka bcaa ngayon..whey na lang ang kulang..wala ng fat burners..nakuha ko na yung tamang diet ko na may minimum lang ang gain at kayang sunugin..

ang alam ko parang pre workout booster yan eh..you take it 30 mins before workout and then...kaboom! more reps and intensity.

nabuo ko na yung stack ko for this period: creatine, whey and bcaa..nitong nakaraang week kargado yung muscles ko to push for more reps dahil na rin siguro sa loading phase ng crea..the bcaa is also effective in fighting the catabolic phase..the whey i bought contains bcaa din..naisip ko lang, di kaya maging kargado ako masyado ng bcaas?

hingi lang sana ko ng advice mga idol, i was 145 lbs before till, MAY 2011, ok naman mga buhat ko noon gusto ko na ung weight kong yun. nung nagka work ako natigil ako magbuhat.. bumaba ako ng 135 lbs. siguro kasama na stress, nakakainis kasi ang tagal ko mag gain. tpos balik nanaman ako sa dati, ang masaklap pa, mahina na nga ko magbuhat humina pa lalo. since nag ka work na ko, btw 6-7 days work yun, ang natatanging libangan mo na lng pag off mo is lumabas and spend time with friends at ang sport ko lang is - inom puyat at yosi. this year nag balik loob ako sa pagbuhat, todo kayod nanaman, any suggestion para mabalik ko kagad ung healthier habit before? thx mga sir!  :-D

^sad to say, kelangan mong mag start ulit from scratch.

you can deal with work stress pag nakuha mo na yung drift ng trabaho mo. happened to me. i was able to analyze and manage my time. nung nakahanap ako ng oras para i-squeeze yung gym, ayun na.

bawasan ang pag inom inom. pre nung 2010 grabe sa 5 days work ko halos every morning pagka out ng ofis kulang ang 3 bottles. basta may nag aya go na. ngayon swerte na kung makainom ako sa loob ng 2 months na walang inom. di rin naman maiiwasan so ok lang siguro wag lang pasobra.

First time ko lang kasi into a powder at may nag suggest sakin na ok daw ang muscle juice. Meron ba dito na nakagamit na ng ganitong powder? Or may mas ok pa kesa dito? I need your suggestion. puro simple sugar lang yan. not good in my opinion
