the rentals, if i'm not mistaken, were a side project featuring weezer and that dog members...

mad season was a side project of layne staley, mike mccready, barrett martin (screaming trees drummer) and some bassist named john baker saunders, they had another radio hit in "i don't know anything", so i don't think they'd count as one-hit wonders...

Pero sumikat talaga sila sa song na "Sister". But I suggest you take a listen to more of their songs they were heavily underrated IMO.

kaparehas nila diba meron?..catherine wheel, candlebox, fuel, etc... pag nakikinig ako nga 90's ngayon parang ang cool pakinggan at simple lang.. yung tipong hindi masyadong plantsado ung tugtugan pero pasok..

basta recommend ko sayo: banda na name ay "unwritten law" with the song, rest of my life and seein' red.. and chalkfarm with the song " don't believe" yan ang mga underground na malulufet nung 90's...

Try mo na lang download sa www.4shared.com, baka isang buong album pa ni Owsley makuha mo. nasa office kasi ako kaya baka matagal bago ko ma-email sa'yo.
Eto pa trip ko na banda nung 90's, they're really good but I don't know what happened to them, "The Seahorses." This the post-Stone Roses project of guitarist John Squire. 2 albums lang sila pero sulit ganda ng mga kanta lalo yung Blinded By The Sun tsaka Love Me Or Leave Me.
Si Matthew Sweet din sayang, kakalungkot yung song nya na Let Me Be The One.

yah, their song "Popular".... man, i missed the sound of 90's alternative music.. i hope time machines are real so i can go back to 1993 to 1998, those years are the best..
