had these for a while na except for some..
i usually refer to this when im on a market for a guitar on the net or on this place for example..
im picky kasi in choosing a guitar. i refer to the guitars i have owned na komportable sa kamay :)

PRS Guitars Neck Dimensions

Width of the fingerboard at the nut:

* Regular – 1 21/32”
* Wide Fat and Wide Thin – 1 11/16”
* Santana – 1 21/32”
* Custom 22/12 - 1 47/64"
* 513 – 1 43/64"
* Hiland – 1 21/32"
* Grissom and Al D - 1 21/32"

Width at the body:

* Regular – 2 1/4”
* Wide Fat and Wide Thin – 2 1/4"
* Santana – 2 1/4”
* Custom 22/12 – 2 19/64"
* 513 – 2 3/16"
* Hiland – 2 7/32"
* Grissom and Al D - 2 1/4"

Depth of neck at the nut:

* Regular and Wide Fat – 27/32”
* Wide Thin – 25/32”

Fingerboard radius:

10” on all guitars and basses except 11 1/2” on the Santana II and Custom 22/12

Scale length:

* 25” on all guitars except
* 24 1/2” on the Santana II and III
* 25 1/4" on 513       


If you play mainly chords a neck with more radius/curve will be your choice,
and if you play more solo style then a flatter or a neck with less radius will be the better choice.
The more curved,the better for chording.The less curved or flatter,the better for soloing and bends.

Masarap din naman mag bend sa neck with more curve. :) Would be nice if you could include Jackson neck profiles. Their compound radius is just pure win.

found something last nyt regarding the jacksons..
mahirap finding eh kasi jackson dont post their neck dimensions..
so most are measured by jackson owners.
