Hope you can help me guys, Can you all please use your spare time to check this Gibson LP supreme if it is Legit or Not since Im on a process of trade,

As I checked it in Serial dater it shows t was made year 2005 in USA but still not satisfied though...

What hinted you that it is a fake?

headstock is wrong(it looks longer and tuners are way low)
body shape is way out
Serial Number stamp is different and that SN is common on fakes(02005XXX)
Les Paul Supremes are the most faked les pauls

What a stunning LP's you got there! Always dreaming of a keeper Goldie like that one..

That R7 is a killer sir. Mas gusto ko pa nga yung R7 kesa R9 actually, if not for the over-chunky neck profile.. but I guess it contributes to its fat tone. 

What hinted you that it is a fake?

Everything about the headstock is wrong. The logo, placement of the logo, the locations of the tuning pegs, the stamp of the serial at the back, the truss rod cover, etc... etc... etc... Just a quick check of headstock pictures from legit Supremes will tell you that one is fake.

This is one of the reasons why i dont want to buy guitars online (especially in eBay or Amazon).

Actually Sir when the trader gave me the serials wala pang picture non then I checked it sa online dater may lumabas na info tapos I requested for Pictures! tagal bago pinadala "kinda duda na ako" then nung pinadala na nya napansin ko yung supreme decal may mali suprome nakalagay and yung body shape and head stock seems something wrong then never hesitated to ask for Opinions here in Philmusic even the trader Insist na sa US nya nabili for 3000+usd and authentication papers and receipts are available to show up once we meet personally.   

Anyway Hope this will be an eye opener to all! and thanks for the replies again Guys!!!

the body is john hu lp, thats a 160$ guitar back in 2008-ish..

Mabuti na lang sir at di nyo kaagad kinuha at nag tanong-tanong kayo. 

Naaalala ko meron noon nagbebenta ng "50s Les Paul" for 10k (kung tama alaala ko). orig daw yun kaya 10k. 

Buti nga 10k lang, kontra sa 40k. Pero mas nakakatawa yung orig na 10k.

its real maple top, not a veneer over maple cap
