DUMMY COIL = Suhr SSCS Back plate????

I have Fender CS 54's on my strat right now. I really like the tones I get from them but I really hate the 60 cycle hum. Ive been researching about the suhr silent single coil back plate http://www.whole-tonemusic.com/catalog/i223.html
and I found out that it is a dummy coil just like what I have on my Sterling by Musicman SB14.

My question is: Does anyone here know how to make a dummy coil? I found threads in other forums that talks about this but I got no info on how to make one.
