Dude, what you posted here is nothing but an insult to the art of film photography/lomography.  Post mo na lang yng pics mo sa Digital Photography thread para lalong ma appreciate yng mga shots mo.

Sorry bro, but it sucks when you think LOMOGRAPHY is as easy as a push in your iPhone app.  :oops:

ouch!

but you have a point tho.. this thread is about "film" and not digital lomography..
imma badass!! <funky guitar rift>

LOMOgraphy = FILMS, not iPhone application.

Sorry for the hostility guys.  Nakaka asar lang kasi yng pag-refuse maging sensitive ng mga ibang tao na sa tingin nila eh madali ang film photography (lomography, for this matter).

I really wouldn't mind posting LOMO effect digicam shots, pero wag nila sanang i-post sa thread na to na kung saan eh totoong lomography ang nandito.

To kilikilers: nice shots. But I suggest you buy an LSI camera and try lomography since you can afford to buy an iPhone. Tulungan pa kita makabili ng films.

Peace!

i apologize kung na offend ko kayo sa shots taken from my iphone app., and it was not my intention to insult "photography/lomography" guys... i could easily say it was a film shot, pero NO, as respect to you guys, sinabi ko na iphone shots sila...  :-)

i will delete those pics and post it somewhere else.

@dj_flip03
i appreciate the help bro. pero wala talaga akong time para mag aral ng photography101.
eh yung SLR ko nga inaamag na sa kwarto eh, ambigat kase pati masyadong bulky  :lol:

anyways, i apologize ulit and more power to film photography  :-)

@samuelfianza
yep, ang masama pa niyan, pwede mo i-combine yung lomo app + other apps (like color splash) para ma enhance mo pa lalo yung lomo shot mo.  :wink:

@matanglawin
ayus sa gatong ah, di ba ikaw yung nagsabi sa kabila na "photography is a dying art"?
sabi nga nila... If you can't say something nice, then say nothing at all.

That's actually more offensive that posting iPhone "lomo" pics.  If you don't have time to learn the basics, don't bother posting.

LEARN.  Hindi "gatong" ang sinabi ko, but an allegory.

Film photography IS a dying art.  I didn't say it's dead.  At any rate, the statement itself bears more meaning to film photographer because skills in a dying art is more valuable than any digital photography.  You see, ignorant as you are, those who know the basics of film photography KNOW how to take good photos.  They know how to compose a scene in their head.

Kung wala kang pakialam, bakit ka nag re-reply?

LEARN.  There are people who take the time to learn the basics and practice the craft.  There's no such thing as "app photography."  iPhone "Lomo" is nothing more but digital photography.

Toinking, you have nice composition, but, you need to adjust your framing so the object you're shooting doesn't get cropped.  Allow enough space for the shot to "breathe"  and take note of the 1/3 rule.
