PM mo si Saturn/Return. He has both.

My opinion, when I tried those two in his board, the Suhr Riot is has more gain than the RAT. The RAT is fatter and smoother, almost fuzzier compared to the Suhr Riot's 80s metal tones.

I can't barely tell the difference on youtube kasi. Iba yung tunog pag live versus sa videos. Thanks for your help sir. I'll ask saturn...

I have to agree with Cayle... Tried Suhr riot and the mooer clone of proco rat.

Yep. Depende din sa amp na gamit and of course sa guitar. I like the RAT, it's a classic sound. The Riot is more on the modern tones.

Have you tried shooting out yung proco and turbo rat?

Btw, maganda yung (rat) mooer black secret, yung vintage is compressed. Yung turbo naman, 2x yung volume and more open.

which practice amp would you recommend? i'd love to try small tube amps but i dont know which ones are good.

some of the stuff i find in stores:

vox pathfinder
laney cub
ibanez transtube

The Vox is solid state

I heard the Laney Cub. Sounds good to my ears and small enough to be a practice amp

nalilito talaga ko pareho kong trip

pang all genre of metal sana pero mostly metalcore. deathcore,progressive, post hardcore.
TOD V1 - (DIRT?) - EQ - G3 yan sana balak ko.

edit: pinost ko yung set up ng mga magiging kasama nyang pedal if ever.

Hindi pa. First time I've tried a RAT was when I tested Saturn/Return's RAT and nathanmanansala's Freakshow Rabbit.
