bearing edge repair

hello, I'm just wondering, are there any shops which repair bearing edges? I have this EX 10" tom which kinda sounds weird compared to the other toms. i figured it was the bearing edge. the bearing edge is kinda warped on one area, but the rest of the shell is fine.
