dami yan sa y*utube, type mo lang drum lessons,  drum techniques.
madali intindihin yung mga lessons ni "onlinedrummer".

ito yung mga na miss ko nung nagsimula ako, kaya antagal ko mag level up.
1. tamang paghawak ng stick
2. tamang pagpalo ng drums (technique)
3. rudiments

have the patience and perseverance for it...and most of all..have fun while learning it..love it bro...that way im sure you'll be one of the most kick-ass drummers in town..cheers man :wink:

explain to your folks that of course it would be an advantage if you have your own set at home...and you dont need anyway an expensive stuffs to start with.... :wink:

is it, for example:
left on snare
right on hi hat
apply rudiments? etc etc?

Isang halimbawa na lang diyan ay ang pag-apply ng paradiddle sa pagitan ng hihats at snare. Ang sarap ng groove na nagagawa doon e.  :-)

sa panahon ngayon, sobrang swerte ng mga young players, kasi sobrang dami ng resources! search ka sa net, lahat ng makuha mong lessons i-file mo. kahit hindi mo pa naiintindihan, in the future makukuha mo rin yun.

try to learn to read notes. its true that you can learn by ear, or watching and imitating videos from the net, pero malaki parin ung advantage ng knowledge sa notes. you can download hundreds of lessons sa net (mga naka pdf files), or even sight read a sheet of music, or even buy or photocopy books! endless! ahahaha.  :-D

at siyempre the "P's": practice, patience, perseverance, pera. ahaha. joke lang ung last. lets change that to people, people who will help you along the way. dami diyan! :-)
