I would say that my sex life is active and if this is true, I got nothing worry about my heart.

I don't know about the heart, but it's good for my pistol......

Siguro sa cardio-vascular exercise " up and down, up and down " at " push and pull, push and pull " mga grip handling (yung mapapakapit ka ng maghipit kahit nangangalay ka na...) tongue na e-exercise din... sip..sip..sip... Yung mind nagiging creative at kung ano-anong acrobatic acts! (pagulong-gulong, patayo, paside...etc).. blog..blag..!

pagiling-giling at sa breathing..... ohhh..... ahhhh... ohhh....ahhhh..... ultimo fingers na exercise sa dexterity... (kaya bumibilis ang hammer on, pull off at legato sa fret board)

Hmmm....siguro nga.... not just for the heart ,but for the whole body!

Eto daw findings about that bro:

A vigorous bout burns some 200 calories — about the same as running 15 minutes on a treadmill or playing a spirited game of squash. The pulse rate, in a person aroused, rises from about 70 beats per minute to 150, the same as that of an athlete putting forth maximum effort.

And I can say that, nakakareduce din ang sex ng risk to PROSTATE CANCER.

yeah exactly,, well guilty conscience here(gave me a shock and made my anxiety level skyhigh!!!!),, having second thoughts on having that test just to make sure di ba,, the news was really a turning point or alarming for some pero quite discriminating ehh for call center agents they didnt even mentioned kung anu yung lifestyle and what are the risk na pinasok nung mga call center agents
