last friday night nagtratrain ako ng chest, i decided to change my workout routine to back workout due to severe headache after my first set of bench press, pero even in back workout, nanakit parin ulo ko, so i shorten my workout that day, then rested for 2 days..
just this day kanina, sumakit ulit ulo ko....
for second consecutive workout day, after 2 sets of bench press, while going for another set, nanakit bigla ulo ko, just like the first day....
ano kaya problem? any similar condition sa mga weight lifters dito?
