Guys, Nat..I suggest we change the "PINOY" word to Fil or Filipino or Pilipinas...I read somewhere that PINOY is a derogatory word na eh..its associated with the hardheaded filipinos who dont contribute well to society...actually according to Carmen Pederosa..the new plotically correct term is "New Filipino" filipinos who are serious about change and are constantly improving their selves..and trying to break the old bad habits..hehehehe anyway..heres a few stuff to study and critique...for your review guys...I think Paltics Logo is awesome! the concept is SPOT ON, the racing stripe is funky! and the stars as tone and volume knobs is ingenious! ...anyway..if you guys have any suggestions or ideas..its great to share our ideas and skills..as our first team builidng project..hehehehe...

sana makahanap ako ng Ibanez ORM1....made in china pala siya..and mahirap daw makahanap ng itim ngayon..and pinaka malupit..konti lang tao meron nito..haha lets see..kung makahanap...its a bit pricey I could easily get a classic vibe with more features for the price they are selling here...

sarap i-mod to..isa pang neck PUP siguro (P-90s? na cream white)...switches.and tone knobs..kaya bang magroute ng pick upholes na hindi masisira yung buong finish? may ganito na ba sa audiophile?

Pasali na rin! Narinig ni Santa Claus ang aking pamaskong hiling. Actually, I had to scour through a couple of Guitar Center outlets in Las Vegas to finally pick up a red Fender Pawnshop Mustang. Before that, I had to find out if the Guitar Center in downtown Seattle had it, but they didn't either. Plus factor talaga na MIJ ang mga likhaing yan. Had to take it back with me to Seattle via hand-carry on the flight home.

It's now finally hanging with my other guitars along the apartment hallway.

It's also great that the model is a string-thru. Ever since picking up my G&L Telecaster a couple of years ago, I've gotten into this configuration big time.

The good part is that I have a great tone palette to choose from with all those pickup combinations at my disposal. Will have to explore the guitar to get a new variation of my signature tone.

Interestingly enough, Johnny Marr has only picked up Fender offsets when he joined Modest Mouse. I read somewhere that he regretted not making that change earlier in his music career since the tone that those offsets create matches the one he imagines in his head.
