pag pasensyahan nyo na, sa dami kasi ng EJ post, i decided to cover his Cliffs of Dover... I think its a decent try, hirap pala nitong hayup na kantang ito..

i followed mark's and phil's advice, strat in hand and donning a white headband, socks and undies, here my Cliffs of Dover.. hehe

wow! you got the tone very well! sound great:) what took me the longest to get with that tone was the timing, and watching eric johnson's video," The Art of Guitar" helped a lot since he explain all of his picking techniques and finger changes.

good work sonny... san ka nakakuha ng drum BT for that? pasend naman, gusto ko rin magrecord sana :) may sabit sabit pa rin ako dun sa intro, outro cadenza at sa hybrid picking parts, grabe sa bilis e hehe :)

hayup! eric johnson tone ah. swak. kakapakinig ko lang nung orig na cliffs of dover eh, pasok na pasok yung tone. anong effects/amp combo gamit mo for that?

btw, may line6 na flextone amp sa office namin, meron sila mga presets dun, may isang preset nakapangalan, cliffs of dover, huli din yung tunog ni eric johnson.

thanks for listening mga bros...

kulas, I used a POD2.0 for this...di ko alam kung pano ko tinimpla, but nagdownload ako ng patch sa line 6 website that says eric johnson, but parang kulang...so I put some spring reverb, tapos compression pedal in front of the POD...

amacatan, i am using Adobe Audition software to do multi-track recording...nilalagay ko yung backing track say sa track 1, then I record the solo on track 2..kung gusto ko magdagdag pa ng layers i then use track 3, so on and so forth...
yung guitar ko is plug into my multi effects pedal, which is then plugged to the line in ng soundcard ko. I then set yung Recording device properties  sa Volume control ko to record yung Line In lang.you can also point the software to record on the line in device ng soundcard.

Naku Kulas, wait til the 2 Marks(Mark V and MarkFlo) do this song...sila ang malulupet.. pero thanks na rin :)

i started learning the song from the 1st refrain...nung nakuha ko na, nagcommit na ko na gawin yung buong song kahit na panay sabit.
