Do you use the soft side or the round, hard side of the beater? Sir Loubert utilizes the latter but I was thinking, baka masisira ang skin ng bass drum. Your opinions on this because I use the soft side and it has more rebound.

just make sure na pag yung plastic side yung gagamitin mo eh may patch yung bass drum head mo para hindi kagad madamage nang malaki yung head. mas gusto ko yung plastic side, may click yung tunog.  :-D

Tried it recently. Gonna work on my heel-toe on the hard part since sanay kasi ako sa soft part! :D
