Hydroxycut was good when it was first released. Yung bago ngayon eh puro caffeine lang, walang kwenta, sayang lang ang pera mo.
There's a set of supplements you can take that works and you don't get jittery or sleepless, or restless, but it takes a little longer compared to ephedra. (well a lot longer, but its healthy enough)
Glucommanan - this is a dietary supplement. hard to find. maraming nabibili na meron glucomman sa ingredient, but you need to find 'glucommanan'. this is a very effective appetite suppressant.
CLA - Conjugated Linoleic Acid - meron na tayo nito sa body chemistry natin. pero as we age, medyo mahina na tayo mag-produce. this revs up your metabolism.
Whey - ahh protein never tasted soo blech.. but you can make it tasty by using fruits, or any smoothie that you like (except the one with alcohol in it).
Multivitamins - dapat maraming B complex. self explanatory na to.
if not, ganito yan. Pag nag-diet ka you lose a lot of nutrients. kaya kelangan mo talaga nito. the B stuff really helps you recup (erate).
Fish oil - yebahhh!!! antioxidant to the rescue - with lots of omega 3.
CoQ10 - fatigued....getting lazy....stressed out? maybe this could help.
Creatine - ask panterica (hehe)
5-HTP - you know that feeling when you just ate carbs? feeling good di ba? medyo inaantok, feeling satisfied. specially tayong mga pinoy. we are rice mongers. there's this one thing that carbs release during your digetive process, its also a very nice hormonal release which you get after S E X. its called serotonin. 5-HTP has lots of it. (wondering what HTP means = hydroxytriptophan). don't drive the first few times you take this. medyo nakakaantok, but it will not make you sleep. panay lang ang hikab mo. (feel good nga eh). its not a drug, its a natural supplement.
Ok, meron pang iba, kaya lang marami na to. Tsaka I don't know if all of you can afford these supplements.
I also know foods that are rich with these stuff, so you don't have to buy them all.
Pero in order for these supplements to work, you must take them all. everyday.
for aBie - yep diets never work, change of lifestyle does.
