in double peds... depends on you.. nobody has a perfect technique that can be shared with each other...tips might help.. pero isipin niyo hingi ako technique sa isang 5'5 na payat at ako'y 5'9 na mejo mataba.. just consult to educators like Sir Jun Regalado and others..they know the concept.. maraming factors.. iba gusto kong position ng stool pag single peds lang gamit ko.. sa double din..
tsaka.. baka your pedal configuration din.. doesn't suit your technique...
nung heeldown ako.. maluwag pedal ko.. ngayong heel up na.. medyo tight na siya.. pag single pedal.. i use a variety of heel up and down plus a stool that is higher than my usual.. ewan ko.. ganun e..kasi di ako sanay na mas nakabukaka ng mataas na stool.. kasi medyo mas wide ang bukaka ko pag nakadouble peds.. ayun... and i hate monoblocs.. it kills my back..

yah i think it affects,

kasi monoblock lang kami sa church ok naman

pero nung i was invited para tumugtog sa ibang church tapos throne yung gamit nila, mas ok pag nakathrone, basta ang comportable

i.m.o. panget talaga pag sa monobloc ka naka upo... nahaharang kasu nung dulo ng upuan ung legs mo sa downward motion eh... kaya mejo hirap ka...
