G stands for.. i forgot and L stands for Leo Fender

and tama nga i've read some reviews that it is actually better than fender..

In some ways, G&L is to Fender as what Heritage is to Gibson. Heritage guitars sound a lot better than the usual Gibson Studio or Standard models.

I still think that the Fender Custom Shop guitars are top-quality guitars and can sound better than top-of-the-line G&L BUT you would have to shell out an insane amount of money to buy one. G&L guitars are better than their mass-produced Fender counterparts. I'd rank G&L somewhere between Fender and John Suhr guitars.

G&L gamit na gitara ni jerry cantrell sa alice in chains and gamit ni gadget reviewer dude/voice over ng taga proguitarshop.com.  I've been dreaming to have one too.  Alam ko under din sya sa fender tulad ng charvel, jackson at squire (tama ba me?) pero mas high quality wood and parts kaya subra mahal.

played a G&L tele its one of those guitars that you dont need to modify since its beautiful as it is,...but the price is sure a kicker

ive tried my cousin's,  asat ata yun. looks like a tele thinline , he got it for 500$ in tdpri classifieds. i was impressed with the guitar, we were able to dime in jazzy tones and heavy blues rock tone. though im not sure if it's a Leo era g&l.

yeah me too ...I'm intrigued. I played a G&L and still and plays like a strat....duh...because its really a clone of the strat.
