Favorite snare ko to! I have a 6.5" x 14" Pearl Free Floating Maple Snare that I have been using for almost 8 years running!
Very versatile yung tunog. You can make it sound deep and fat, or high and bright like a piccolo.

Ikaw ba yan Ace?

Meron bang 3005 na Birch?

Diba 2005 yung series ng Birch? 3005 is maple?

Just wondering lang...

Meron akong Fernando na Birch snare that came with my kit.

Still no info on bringing in new Fernando Snares though...

I also have a 3005 Sonor Full Maple... Ang ganda talaga ng tunog nun! Though I still haven't used a Sonor Birch Snare, sulit talaga siya sa presyo niya.

hey nashbass..musta? i would say go for the 13x3 picollo bro, but thats me ha..it depends on your choice and prefence..the 10x5 firecraker is a good snare also i just find the 13x3 picollo nga lang more useful..cheers man

13x3 Pearl Maple Piccolo o 10x5 Pearl Firecracker?

Plenty of factors are involved...  Shell material, shell size, shell thickness, drumhead selections (batter and resonant/snare side), snare wires, hardware, bearing edges, air vent/s, etc etc...

Snare drums are like people...  Each is unique and has its own personality.
