cymbal dillema ..... kelangan ko kasi ng matibay na cymbal .... pero good sounding para sa studio ko sayang kasi yung mga casted cymbals pag mga bata gumagamit eh payo naman mga experto tnx

Yung Zildjian Z series (nope not Planet Z) - yung precursor ng Z Custom.

Meron dating Z power crash sa Purple Haze, at saka may Z china na binenta ko sa drummer ng Dicta License.

Sa sobrang tibay niya mangingilo ang braso mo.

If your looking for good sounding cymbals plus durability, I advise for better options is to choose between heavier weighted cymbals; MEDIUM at least imho.

Heavier weighted cymbals as with the Z series pronounce a tad more durability compared of course to lighter weights. Heavier weights though has one commonality, it tends to be of higher pitch as well (depends if that's a good thing or bad thing for you, only you can tell).

With that said you can get the sound you want and also the durability your looking for.

as i said life span of a personal use cymbal is different from a studio use cymbal,..i suggest you used a biigere cymbal next time try the size 18 or even 20 crashes..then if your budget permits have at least two crashes then use it one after the other, para di nabubugbog at napapahinga yun isa mo crash..just my opinion, even if you use a hi end cymbal its still the reality na bugbog talaga ang studio cymbal that you should consider...

my suggestion to you bro, since you're doing this for business...i have a friend who also runs a band rehearsal studio. what he did was he used a sabian b8 ride cymbal as a crash. before, he needs to replace his crash cymbal every three months. now, his problem is solved.

just install a regular crash if you know the drummer of the band or if you know that the drummer is not an amateur.

yun gamit ko crash hanggang ngaun eh buo pa nmn.. hehe

turuan mu ung mga gagamit kung paano pumalo ng tama sa crash..

pati yung ride nun pre ang tibay...kahit butt na ng stick gamit ko hindi ko mapalabas yung buong tunog nya

i think i had this crashh before tama ka matibay nga way back 95 nagkaroon ako ng ganyan yung worst na ngyari sa kanya nalaglag sya sa owner jeep namin while i was driving at around 100kph bigla nalang akong nakarinig ng malakas na ingay tapos yung nalag lag pala sya hinanap namin yung crash kong yun for 2 hrs sa tabi ng kalsada dahil palayan yun nahirapan kami bute nalang may lumapit saming isang lalake .... galit na galit pa nga dahil muntik pa daw syang maputulan ng leeg dahil sa harapan daw nya lumipad yung cymbal hehehehe nung nakita namin it had a few scraches no major dent grabe it lasted till 2002 pa.... tibay no
