Originally Feb 5 ako pwede or weekends. However it was moved to Feb 7 by encore due to availability.
Anyway, marami pa naman EBs to attend. Enjoy!

Open jazz jam again tomorrow night at Skarlet Jazz Kitchen formerly TEN02. Rex and Yey, bring your guitars if you can come. Bassists are most welcome. I already brought my drum set there. We are also expecting a guest sax player from Norway courtesy of Deyb Kos.

Let's start early this time so we can play more. See you guys tomorrow!

hi all, anong time ba usually nag-start yung jam. I passed by the place at a little past 6 from the office, but i guess it was too early, no people yet. i had an appointment later that evening and i couldn't stay. next time na lang...

I was there last night. Ok ang experience jamming with others as it helps me conquer my stage fright. Mahirap talaga ang amateur musician because I am not used to performing before an audience.

I am inviting some amateur musicians who can jam with us. Bassists, drummers and other instrumentalists. This will be fun. I hope they make it.

wacks sensya na!SUMUNDO ako bigla pero pagbalik ko ayun tapos na mga performance nyo!inabutan ko naman yung 2nd set ng mga jaminganng nila..tapos after ng jam nila jdenis at froi,umalis na ulet ako..sumundo ulet!hehehehe..kaya hinde nako paalam kasi mabilis lang ako eh sakto yun pla oras nyo lahat syang ok lang dami pa naman next time!

sir jdenis tuloy nyo namna yung binabalak nyo na choral group! mukhang ayos yun..

tapos mr froi hehehe pondo ka ng mga funk mo!guitarahan kita backup!

Advise lang yeyeh, if you really want to learn more about sax,focus on this instrument,siguro magaling ka na sa guitar so you should give attention to sax, ika nga isa isa lang pre..yun eh kung gusto mo talaga matuto at determinado kang mag aral ng sax...

yup bro eversince nag attend ako nung unang sax society ko hinde nako matahimik,research sa net.,youtube,tanung tanung sa napakaraming tao kung alam mo lang hehehe..hangang ngayon kakatapos ko lang humipan sa loob ng kotse ko for 2 hours..nung hapon sa field naman..gusto ko kasi makasabay sa inyo:)

kaya hanap ako ng hanap ng mga tugtugan may sax lalo na tenor..tom dun daw si drix sa skarlet tara bro!

minsan nga makulit nako sa mga katext ko,tanung ako ng tanung pati nga moist sa mouthpiece eh at kung anuanu pa!hehehe

sa ngayon focus ko embochure bayun?yun lang wala ng iba.sinasamahan ko nalang ng major scales muna at kapa kapa ng ibang songs na maisip.widow kasi ko wala ko alam sa nota!!

sorry po mga sir di po ako nakaattend ng session. Dami problem dito sa office. hehehe next session sama ko. rock on.

Gusto ko din sana magfocus sa sax. hehehe tatabi ko muna yung bass ko ( hiram na bass lang ). pero pwede din naman ako magbass kung kailanga.

Pagnakakapanood ako ng mga nag sasax at pag sa sax society. Lalo akong ginaganahan mag praktis. Hanep talaga. Tapos pagnakikita ko kayo sa sax society tapos sax solo, ramdam ko yung emotions. Mga idol talaga! buti nalang nagkaroon ng sax society at blowing section sa philmusic. Rock on! Kailangan pa talaga ng maraming praktis.

Salamat po ulit ng madami. Sana maayos ko ng yung sched ko or sana makahanap na ko ng day job.

yeyeh, its dix lucero... sya ang gumawa ng adlib ng manila girl...one of the best sax player din... kung gusto mo matuto talaga at hindrance mo ang place try to rent a studio... o kaya set ka ng oras na gising lahat ang tao sa inyo... para expect na nila ang ingay mo... o the best way magenroll ka ng formal workshop sa libis kay sir tots tolentino... o extension course sa UP...kasi mahihirapan ka kung widow ka lang..pero katulad ng sinabi ni rex, much better kung magcoconcentrate ka sa sax muna... wag kung anu anong gagawin...its not enough na observe ka lang at research... kadalasan hindi nagagamit ang mga theories and research para humusay ka... hindi mo naman ipapakita ang history ng sax sa audience di ba?? its how you play and technique... its my advice lang naman...
