Title: Question about sa piano roll sa FL 11
Post by: arkeyel on August 15, 2014, 02:44:47 PM
Ang nangyayari, after nung last note nung riff na ginawa ko, may long silence na sumasama kasi tinatapos pa ung buong bar. Paano kaya maka-cut un or ung instant na babalik kagad sa simulang note pagka play? TIA

Try mo bawasan 'yung number ng bars.

there are plenty of ways to solve that in FL Studio. If you're recording from a mic...dun sa Edison pa lang pwede ka nang mag cut para tanggalin anuman ang hindi mo gusto. Pwede mo rin siyang ilagay sa playlist and then dun ka na rin mag cut sa recording mo.....Kung piano sa piano roll, usually nangyayari yan kapag nakaset ng maraming bars sa step sequencer mo...subukan mong bawasan yun para mag fit sa song mo...or i cut mo na rin dun sa playlist yung ginawa mong riff sa piano roll.

On any measure count on the step sequencer, you can do the following:

1) Tools > Quantize... > Quantize start time.
2) Tools > Snap > Snap to "main" or "cell"
3) Click on the tail end of the note (yung lalabas yung dalawang arrows), click to the left.
4) Tools > Quantize... > Quantize end time.

You can also double click on the selected note and look at the "start" and "duration" timers. Nandun lang yun. Yun lang yung mga numero na puwedeng galawin... hindi mo ma-mi-miss yun. Mas madali.

Also, as a practice, make different Pattern clips instead of putting all into one Pattern clip. Kung may 4-on-the-floor pattern ka sa drums tapos yung lead mo ay 8 o 16 bars, I think hindi maigi yun na nasa isang Pattern clip siya.
