sometime in November 2001, VIVA films used approximately 2min 46secs of our song BRAD in its movie DOS EKIS without our knowledge and consent. we made it known to VIVA that we did not approve of what
they did and protested during the 2001 NU Rock Awards. we have since kept our silence..and a lot of people thought we have given up..but after a protracted struggle, they have finally apologized. today, Oct. 15, 2004, on page B13 of the Philippine Daily Inquirer, VIVA wrote:

"VIVA PRODUCTIONS, INC. apologizes to the members of the band TWISTED HALO for having used their song BRAD in the movie DOS EKIS, without their knowledge and consent. We regret that this unfortunate incident occured. We continue to recognize, affirm, and respect
musicians' intellectual property rights over their songs. This will never happen again.

ey folks =) we just taped an episode each for Rock MYX and Star MYX yesterday. sa Rock MYX we played Miron and Asan Na akustik tas interview with vj iya. Tas sa Star MYX we featured our fave lokal videos (andun pa Sili Song ng Fatal Posporos eheheh -- yes they will come out with their farewell album this year under GPR ayuz).

good news is: MYX informed us that the Asan Na video is already part
of MYX's top 20 -- kaso yung top 10 lang pinapalabas nila sa countdown. so...patulong naman! pls vote for the video by texting "myx vote Asan Na?" and send to 2366 ayuz ayuz!
