Hi guys,
Nakita ko kasi sa sarili ko na everytime na gusto ko mapaganda tunog ng gitara ko, bibili ako ng Pedals, boutique would be good, or minsan plano bumili ng mas highend na gitara. branded would be good. Pero ni minsan di sumagi sa isip ko na iupgrade pickups ng guitar ko. So ngayon natuto na ko, i have to upgrade first my pup instead of buying a new guitar or pedals na mas mahal talaga.
I have a Squire Telecaster, stock pups. ok naman sakin, pero nakukulangan ako talaga sa tunog kaya gusto ko palitan pups nya. ano ba pwede na ipalit? anong brand? anong type? I can give a budget of 5k or less for a set of pups. ayoko gumastos ng mas malake pa para lang sa Squire Tele.hehe. any suggestion? newbie kasi ako pag dating sa pups!
I posted it here kasi most of us are on the same type of genre and style of music. Please suggest a good pups for Praise and worship music. I'm thinking of a Tonerider pups set. or a dual rails humbucker but single coil sized pups.
I want to retain the "twang" of Tele. Pero ayoko din ng masyadong matalas ang tunog.hehe.
Share your pups experience. for your tele, strat, LP, Semi Hollow etc.

sa semi-hollow pwede na ang PAF HB pups sa bridge at neck.

have you tried using i-Rig, its cool different tones and effects and amps, it will only cost you a little over 1K. :)

Pero hanap ko sana pups for Tele..yung affordable lang..hehehe pero maganda tunog.

You can try Artec Pickups, mura lang daw at narinig ko "bang for the buck" ang quality. :-D
