My Paypal's been invalidated?!?! What do I do?

Guys tulong naman po. I recently signed up for a Paypal account via Unionbank. I just got done depositing the 150 Php. needed to activate the account and I got the card that has my PIN number.

Anyways, I messed up entering the 4-digit code and now its saying that my account isn't valid anymore.  :|

pareho lang tayo,, EON card din ba sayo? itatawag mo daw sa Union Bank call service dun nila ibibigay yung 4 digit number pero dapat alam mo when yung date na ng verify ka ng paypal...
