My everyday gripe sa mga local stores online is putting up a website, maglagay ng mga products and price, and then iiwanan ka na lang kay Batman. More often than not, 2-3 years nang outdated ang mga to, e.g., wala nang stock, kulang ang info, walang SKU, etc.
Nag list ako ng kina-aasaran ko na "features".
- Flash intro
- Search function na itatapon ang results sa pinaka index page (yung flash intro)
- Maliliit na thumbnails ng item/s
- Flash/Audio clip bawat load ng bagong page
- 1.2MB background image
- Contact forms that don't do jack ("Thank you for your inquiry. Our sales whatever will contact you shortly" read as: wala silang in-house web marketing person)
- Product links that open a new window
- Navigation nightmare.
- "Like us on Facebook" or "Twitter" buttons.
- Walang taxonomy with relation sa products

http://www.lazermusic.com.ph/- The products are presented as small images. Let's say naghahanap ako ng Fender guitar. Iisa-isahin ko ang slideshow para makita ko ung exact guitar na yun?
- Product page: @#$^%#@.. yun lang. Searching for "cymbals" and clicking on a search result will take you to the whole !#$%$ product listing. Worse, some search results will take you to an image of a scanned brochure.

Apparently, the horrors we experience in real life pag nasa tindahan nila tayo happen too sa virtual world. I'm not bashing the companies mentioned here, pero ang sa akin lang, tutal naglabas na rin kayo ng budget sa pagdevelop ng mga <sarcasm>
online brochures</sarcasm> nyo eh sana naman inayos nyo na.
From what I mentioned sa taas, mas madaling mag organize ng site nyo kesa pagandahin ito (which failed too in that aspect).
