right diet, right amount of rest, patience, work hard and don't get intimidated..
try subscribing to Youtube channels..
one of my favorite channels that are informative when it comes to diet and lifting right is The hodgetwins / twinmuscleworkout
or PhysiqueOfGreatness

thanks man!

reading the GYM thread now...

nakakaoverwhelm!... daming technical stuff... right now happy na ako sa weight loss program ko..simple, at walang gastos (yoga mat lang binili ko)...and integrated into my daily routine kaya automatic na gagawin ko..

reading the gym thread..it seems, medyo complicated lalo kung wala kang kajamming...taking this, drinking that.. 1 scoop..after..before..etc...

lets see... i got to find a proper gym first...

number 1 is yung tyan ko...at least lumitaw yung muscle...

doing well so far, sa weight loss... 78kg pushing 80, just over a month ago..now down to 74...

for weight loss for beginners, marami nagsasabi na no need for cutting and bulking phase...
magbuburn ka kasi ng fat at the same time gain muscle for the first year, pero kung session body builder like 2 to 4 years na,
need to go bulking or cutting, which means
bulking, increasing calorie intake, less cardio, to gain weight and muscle..
cutting, decreasing calorie intake, more cardio, to lose weight but preserve muscle..

pagdating naman sa mga right forms and positioning of exercise, dami sa net,
pwede ka rin paturo sa trainer or care taker ng gym..
no need gumastos ng malaki, ung iba kasi atat e, to the point pati steroids gusto itry..

agreed...sige Ill have to read more..and of course condition my mind..kung ready na ako mag lift..

hirap din maghanap ng gym dito na localized..usually mga big chain gyms na madami tao..at mahal yearly fees..bulok pa mga gamit at baboy mga users...

step by step...hit ko muna goal ko ng 71kg

Just do something / anything everyday. don't stop.

Once you stop even for a day, ayan na tatamarin ka na.

 bodybuilding without supplements?

preferably. the only supplement you need is food. that should be enough.

madaming myths sa bodybuilding. and also depende ang program sa goals mo.

madami daming research ang gagawin mo. ultimately, ikaw din mag dedesign ng program mo as befits your lifestyle.
I believe that the definition of definition is reinvention. To not be like your parents. To not be like your friends. To be yourself.

Completely.

Basta mag exercise pang kontra stroke and heart attack. Di nmn kailangan magpapogi at magpamacho ng sobra.

Goal is to live long and that is all.

Personality is what counts not muscles.

Just stay alive and be healthy.

good form is king. have someone check your lunges, squats and dead lifts... those when done wrong are dangerous.

and, dont obsess too much about what you look... last year i could squat 200lbs, bench press 150 lbs, shoulder press 100 lbs (10 reps, 3 sets of those) ... and i still looked the same lol but i had lots of fun! way more fun than just squatting 50 lbs or bench pressing 70 lbs

just enjoy working out for what it is, or else you will burn out.

+1 Weight lifting is a great stress reliever no need to be a broscience
delikado nga wrong form with dead lifts could snap the lower back...
and also to those who are just starting out, when bench pressing avoid suicide grip...
I'm glad when I was just starting out weight lifting I didn't learn to bench press with that kind of grip,
even a sessioned body builder using that kind of grip is in a dangerous position, may tendency na dumalas ung barbell,
even if they have a spotter, pero dami pa rin akong nakikita malalakas na bumuhat ganun pa rin ang gamit na grip like this one  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cSJCDcAKShA
do regular grip while bench pressing hold the bar with your thumb

Just do some exrecises when you have time.

No need to obssess about it.

Chicks you know, Its either they like you or they dont.

Muscles don't count much.
