the connection is good naman,if it gets down eh hindi naman
matagal.
i think you better write or file a complaint to the management,
they will (supposedly) still prioritized you kasi you're a subscriber
of their service/s. if i were on your shoe right now? naku!
baka natorete na yang mga nakakausap ko from the said telecom,
wala talaga ako palalagpasin,from the customer care rep to
technical agent/department to supervisor up to the manager.
hanggang sa magsawa sila sakin hehe,i'll demand for my rights
as a subscriber. i pay for their service,at kaya sila sumusweldo
dahil sa binabayad natin dba? pero i talk to them in a nice way,
civilized kung baga (wag lang nila ko galitin,dahil paulit ulit ang
explanations and instructions na binibigay nila eh wala din naman hehe)
i speak to each of them patiently-sophisticated (inglesera ako
pag galit eh hehe) hanggang sa maging okay. ngayon pag
wala pa rin,eh iba na tone ng voice ko nagiging sarcastically-sophisticated
na hehe. para alam nila na galit ako and they have to take my
concern seriously. yun lang friend
know your rights as their subscriber.
