depende. kung exercise exercisan lang, wala. pero kung seryosong exercise, meron naman.

ok lang ang sa gabi, wag lang pagkatapos ay matutulog kana, baka di ka na magising. alam ko after exercise atleast 1-2 hours relax muna tpos dun ka matulog. dito sa lugar namen puro gabi mag exercise mga tao dito, yung iba doctors pa. im fat din  :mrgreen: ginagawa ko ay road biking sa gabi.  :mrgreen:

yung pabanjing banjing lang. tipong nagbubuhat ng sobrang gaan na weights. yung walang program na sinusunod. puro chest o kaya arms lang tinitira. in general din yan, hindi lang applicable sa gabi. :)

try jogging every early morning, mga 7-9am siguro ok na. hindi masyado malamig para more sweat at hindi masyado mainit para hindi agad mahilo at mawalan ng oxygen. tsaka isipin mo kung bakit mo gusto mag exercise.. ako ang motivation ko is to get fit and considering it as my benefit and asset at the end of time.

also a good diet is a must. eat lesser food but never starve yourself out kasi may tendency na mas lumakas ang kain mo pag ginutom mo nang ginutom ang sarili mo  :mrgreen:
