I've brought my ampstand to 3 gigs so far, with excellent results. Overall tone is better, and the volume issues are gone. Also, because I have the amp facing me, I can turn down a bit. As a result, the soundguy can turn me up in the PA, therefore there's more guitar in the mix, and the audience could hear me more.
