jumping rope, stationary bike, treadmill. pero 2 weeks? mahirap hirap yan, hehehe, unless magcrash diet ka, pero hindi advisable yun.
hinde nman malaki tiyan ko.. nacoconscious lng kc pag tumutuwad ako prang ngiging saggy lang yun belly ko and pag nakaupo.. jumpring rope po kaya ok lng?
normal lang yan, wag kang maconscious, hehehe. talagang ganon yun, unless 5% bodyfat ka. yeah, jumping rope will be fine.

mga sirs, another q po..how do u do jumping ropes po ba, i know u have to jump over the rope, pero how will u know that your done na? ilang minutes kailangan?
tips naman on avoiding cramps.sa basketball kasi, lagi akong pinupulikat badtrip nga e. i tried stretching before playing and drinking lots of water habang naglalaro. nakakatulong naman pero eventually naiipit pa rin. nagtataka lang ako sa ibang tao bat parang hindi sila pinupulikat e parehong effort lang naman yung ineexert namin. could a long lay-off be a factor? 4 years din kasi akong natigil sa basketball tapos last year lang ulit nakapaglaro on a regular basis.meron bang work-out to avoid or mitigate the effect of cramps? especially sa calf muscles? salamat, gymaholics.

Man..I actually envy your back coz that's my goal eversince.. To get that V-shaped back. What workout would you recommend to widen the wings of my back? I've been doing wide & close gripped pull-ups but mine just won't max out as yours. Would heavy be better or more on high reps to widen that back of mine? OT: I like your tattoo man. I'm actually planning to have my 2nd tattoo done in the same area & more or less same size as yours but on mine will be on the left side. How long did it take yours to finish?
i did stationbary bike today after 10 months, tinry ko ung HIIT, 5 mins warmup, 30 secs 80% then 1min un normal, alternate alternate lng took me 21 mins lang pero sheeet napagod ako, nde ko nga natapos biceps workout ko, balik n;lang ako tom.sir panterica, ano ung pullups ba? patalikod or ung paharap sa cable machine?
hehehe sakit di ba? mahirap talaga hiit, pero it'll pay up soon.pullups is also called chin-ups, yung sinasabi mong patalikod at paharap sa cable machine is called lateral pulls.
ahh yah! lateral pulls.. how do u do pullups bro... ung HIIT nde masakit... KAKAPAGOD... after kong mag cardio wala na akong energy magbuhat kc balik pa ako tom. waah.
I think I should try heavier sets then.. Try ko nga din ibalik ang protein supplement, sa pagkain ko lang kasi dinadaan. Sipag mo mag legs... hehehe yan ang ultimate weakness ko... Anyway..
