total of 7months palang ako nggGYM. hindi pa tuloy-tuloy kasi hirap ng working student.  :wave:

last buhat ko siguro 1st week of january 2012,sa june na siguro ulit ako magbubuhat wala kasi malapit dito samin.  :-D

huwaw ok ah. improvement nga sir. ka inspired tuloy! hehe

Height: 5'9''

yeah I'm underweight..sabi nga ng gym trainer ko katawan ko pang 10 yo haha

kakatapos pa lang ng 1 month ko sa gym at may balak pa aq ituloy kasi gusto ko talaga lumaki katawan ko at mag gain din ng weight.

medyo malakas naman ako kumain..kung susukatin ng per cup ang rice siguro 2 cups every meal minsan pa nga 3 ..pero ba't ganun ang payat ko :(


Any advise guys??

mabilis lang siguro metabolism mo bro. Try mong uminom ng Supplements rich in protein para magkaroon ka ng muscle mass.

hehe tangkad mo chong. pero at 95 pounds, parang below average ang bigat mo.

kelangan mo talaga mag invest sa supplements. yung amino makakatulong sya for muscle growth oo pero for maximized results, whey protein isolate talaga. ipon ipon ka lang tapos pag naka 1500 ka na sugod ka na sa cash n carry hehehe

Muscle Juice bro try mo, marami nag rerecommend sa akin kaso wala pa ako budget. sa ngayon amino 2222 ang ginagamit ko so far effective naman, kaso mabagal nga lang.

5 itlog kada araw, ung puti lang, sinubukan ko eto nung hindi pa ako nag gi-gym, epektibo naman at nagkalaman ako.

try mong pumunta sa GNC para kumuha ng Idea kung ano dapat mong inumin na supplement. pero kung iinom ka na talaga I suggest na piliin mo yung brand na  Muscle Tech.

ano bang ginagawa mong training program? do you sleep 7-8 hours a night? kahit kain ka ng kain, pero nagpupuyat ka naman tsaka hindi ok ang training program mo, mabagal talaga development.

di ko pa naman na try yan but i read somewhere na ok syang gamitin kung sasamahan mo ng green tea extract na naka capsule din. yan eh kung target mo mag fat burn.

eto nalang ginagawa ko sa ngaun.

pullups at pushups (superset) - bale 3 reps sa pull ups, 10 sa pushups.

gagawin ko for 15 sets. un na.
