I have a GB Acoustic. OM7CE. IMO, maganda siya. May flaws lang sa cosmetics pero minor lang naman. 6k ok na yan OM5, basta ayos pa condition niya. Those Grover tuners is also a plus.

As far as my research goes...a Korean founded the brand, and its factory is also in Korea.

Ang alam ko, sa Indonesia sila nagmamanufacture ng guitars nila.

They have factories in Korea, China & Indonesia.

They also have a factory in TN, but that for servicing purpose.

So there aren't really any MIJ Samick.

Hello Greg Bennett guitar enthusiasts! 

FYI, Greg Bennett electrics and basses released by Samick are no longer in production. This may be one reason why the price point of these guitars has gone up in Lazer.

Kaya po, kung ako po sa inyo e wag nyo na pakawalan.

I own a Concord CD3, and it is my go-to, all-purpose guitar. Tried all sorts of electrics available, and the CD3 is my top choice. Plays just as well as any other high-end guitar at a fraction of a cost (I own an Ibanez Artcore and an ESP-LTD MH-300FM, used to have an Ibanez RG too and played all sorts of guitars, and so I speak from first-hand experience).

So, I do believe that many people who own a Greg Bennett Guitar have made the right choice.

P.S. Greg Bennett now designs guitars under the Ethan Hart name. Those guitars look good so check them out.

I wonder why Samick stopped the production??
Checked the Ethan Hart site and hindi ko masyadong gusto yung mga guitars   
The fretboard inlay looked weird to me too.

I still like the Samick GB line. At least may isa ako.

You're welcome.

As far as the Ethan Hart line goes, I like the ones with the Floyd Rose. They're kind of like the Concord except with whammy.
I'm a sucker for a contoured top anyway.

lazer lang ba ang distributor ng samick sa pinas? parang maganda din kasi un acoustic nila nkita ko kasi knina.. any feedback sa acoustic user? salamat.

Here's an update. Lazer's trying to get rid of their stocks of Greg Bennett guitars so they're offering all of their existing guitars at 40% off. Sale's ongoing until end of September.

As an example, an Ultramatic UM1 is more or less 5.5k now in stores.

may jz2 pa kaya sila?shet!haha.just got a jz3 and i must say this, ang galing ng gawa nila.im on the look out for a jz2 to trade this with just because of the florentine cutaway(mas mahirap daw gawin to kesa venetian). unless i get any takers here, im a happy camper with this one.

Kakabili ko lang ng JZ4 last December 22 ata. May Christmas sale kasi. This is my first archtop. Ok siya gamitin pero medyo malaki nga. Mas malaki pa daw ata kesa dreadnought.

Yes, sir. Ito nga yun. Alam ko Christmas sale lang yun. Di ko sure kung hanggang ngayon meron pa. Pero last year kasi nagkaroon ng sale nung midyear. Baka ngayon meron ulit.
