Mga master . . . current setup is 8" & 10" toms 13" FT. Kung mag dadagdag ako ng Tom . . . 12" High Tom or 14" Floor Tom?

Depende sa trip mo,I prefer a 16 floor Tom.hehehe. Gayahin mo setup my idol Mong drummer,kung
Walang space e get a 14 floor Tom.

What's a nice way to remove the tarnish on brass? I got a really nice brass snare last week (thank you sir Plep!) eh OC lang ako dun sa tarnish. Ok lang sana kung yung buong snare may tarnish/patina pero random spots sya against shiny yellow brass. Would I have to strip some sort of coating as with cymbals?

Anong advantage ng pagrerecord ng whole song vs. Per pattern? Naisip ko kasi baka less hassle pag per pattern. Tapos copy paste na lang

yung tails ng waveform mo halatang kinopy paste mo lang. kung papatayin mo naman yung tails, lalo na. And of course kung isasakto mo sa click track, good luck, unless sobrang tight ka sa click.

and trust me, di hamak na mas effort mag copy paste kaysa mag perform na lang. una kailangan sakto sa click ang pattern mo. tapos copy, paste, align, ayusin ang crossfade, i-check kung may magcclip dahil sa overlap ng patterns. check kung tama ba yung number of bars na kinopy paste mo. record another pattern. copy paste, align, rinse and repeat. and did I mention you have to be right on the click, or else tunog sloppy yan kahit ano ang align mo. for that much effort, buuin mo na lang yung kanta. tig-3 to 6 minutes per take lang, tapos post na lang.

kung copy paste ang gusto mo gawin, mag software instrument ka na lang, may mga tulad ng EZDrummer, Superior Drummer (tama ba) o kya yung ginagamit ko Independence Free para makapag gawa ng MIDI-based drums na tunog galing sa studio.

I guess it comes with experience. tinry ko na yun, what took me three hours to do, nakuha ko in one hour wiht a better result (olats pa rin pero at least mas madali)

kaya yun gumagamit na lang din ako ng MIDI

Pa Help po. I want to buy a low budget electronic drums. Gusto ko sana ung Ringway TD92. Tapos ung kilala ko may bnebenta old Alesis DM4, mas mababa price. ANu kaya mas ok sa 2? Salamat!

Alesis ka na. the ringway is... well... crappy. pangit ng hardware and all. doesn't look sturdey enough.

+1. They may look similar, but the build quality is questionable. Yung ringway tapikin mo lang ng daliri paran marupok na, stick pa kaya. Pedals also have questionable build. Stick to the Alesis.

Patulong lang mga sir, pano tumugtog ng Jazz sa Djembe? Meron kasi akong djembe halos di ko na nagagamit talaga, binebenta ko na, pero naisip ko pwede ko naman siyang magamit kahit papano kung makakatugtog ako ng jazz sa djembe, pero wala akong idea kung pano at saan ako magsisimula. So, ano po yung mga basics para sa jazz drumming sa djembe? Btw, rope-tuned yung djembe ko. Salamat mga sir.

help mga master especially sa madaming alam sa drum recording.
okay lang ba ang one dynamic microphone nakalagay sa gitna ng dalawang rack toms para ma-capture ang sound ng 2 toms? kulang kasi ako ng channel sa interface ko. ang gamit ko ay maudio fast track ultra(4 mic pre amps tapos may 2 line inputs sya) ang gagawin ko sa channel 1(snare drum) channel 2(kick) channel 3 sa (between 2 rack tom) channel 4(floor tom) tapos sa line input maglagay ako ng mixer na may 2 mic preamp para sa (overhead mics)

okay lang kaya ang ganitong setup?
