sabagay waste of space nga iyon
sprint sa treadmill ok un haha, pang warm up lang naman atleast 5 minutes, para mawarm ung joints and ligaments iwas injuries hehe
may mga maliliit na gym na non expensive na may ganun pero kung wala no need to go sa  mga mamahalin...
nakakakita ako ng mga ganyan sa mga sports store ang mamahal, not good for setting up a home gym,
halos presyo na ng maraming barbell, dumbbell, plates set

sayang di ba?kasi pwede ka naman tumakbo sa labas.haha

exactly.

pero nung may gym sa dati ko company, sprint thrusters ginagawa ko.

na we wirduhan sila sa akin. hahaha. pero try mo yun max  sprint plus 20 thrusters x 5 sets. hingal to da max.

I gained 7 pounds nung pasko. Lelz. I'm back to the gym. Ang rest day ko HIIT. Pagbalik ko ng gym lahat ng tao tumaba din. Basta tuloy tuloy lang and don't lose hope. I lost 40 lbs last year and I plan to lose the dreaded "last 10 pounds" this year.

Im just hovering 71-72kg luckily I didnt over do my xmas eating...so didnt gain..now Im watching my food intake as well..though..medyo inactive na..dahil sa deep winter cold...regualte ko nalang yung bigat ko..till spring ..then takbo uli

i am down 20 lbs since january!

i will not be posting pics for awhile lol ... siguro pag 150 lbs na, pwede na siguro. it doesn't come without a price though. the price for all of this is that i have no friends, contacts or nights out. my life can be summarized in bullet points as:

-working out
-watching what i eat and logging them on loseit.com
-being in the store
-sleeping early to wake up at 5am
-waiting for an episode of walking dead
-waiting for an episode of better call saul
-waiting for an episode of Vikings
-thinking what i will eat on my Friday cheat day
-watching the occasional interesting cinema movie
-posting/mod'ing the occasional post in philmu

that is my whole life right now, and for the next next next months. lol a bit shallow when you think about it.

lost the drive and momentum again..stopped dahil sa air pollution and the freaking winter cold..

pero I noticed parang nag-gain uli ako..and I feel sluggish and low mood..kailangan ko uli masimulan yung daily exercise..grrr...

parang 74kg yata ako..and not really watching my rice anymore..

huhu..must fight it! :lol: :cry:

nag diet uli bumigat ng pasko sa gabi ako di kumakain hanggang kinaumagahan mahirap pag me nakikita kang kumakain. dinadaan ko sa tubig. pag me saging o kahit ano prutas yun kinakain ko. sa umaga hanggang 5pm kahit ano kinakain ko.

so far so good pag tinimbang ko malaki nabawas pero matagal pa siguro para maabot 150 o kahit 160 pounds.

nagsisimula uli ako bumalik ako sa 76kg....nung new year nagstart uli ako mag sit up and planking at mag jog...araw arawin ko na uli..

My weight is optimum for my height,. Ang problem ko is malaki ang tiyan ko. I would want to reduce it by around 4-5 inches. I tried walking, slim belts, vibra belts. Nothing worked.

Jog only 30mins walk to and from luneta, 1-2 rounds jogging around grandstand (straight/no walking).

Did not get an abs or muscles though. But i can now wear my college clothes again (circa 98'). And it stopped my craving for rice. I still eat rice every now and then especially before treks (survived pulag over the weekend).

Pre- 2tbsp apple cider vinegar on 1 glass of water

Breakfast- omelet w/ onions, bell pepper

Snack- peanuts, apple

Lunch- chicken adobo (no skin), any type of greens (lettuce, cucumber, etc)

Snack- peanuts, carrots

Dinner- chicken sausage (or hot dog), greens

Post- 2tbsp apple cider vinegar on 1 glass of water

Note: use olive oil for frying, black pepper and salt for seasoning. Stevia in place of sugar. Avoid soy products for the meantime.

To activate enzymes on your body that increase metabolism saka pang regulate ng bp. Still doing it, i have 10lbs more to lose. Pwede din fruits before meal if you don't like apple cider.

Starting weight ko 236.8lbs. Lowest i've gone is 194.3lbs. This morning i weighed 197.4lbs because i ate  sashimi and ramen na natira ni misis last night. And i also forgot to jog yesterday.

Kung malakas ka sa rice, mabilis ang pagbaba ng weight mo kapag tinigil mo ito. Kung malakas ka sa ulam, you just have to eat lean meat. Mas ok kung less processed food more on steamed or grilled. Stir fry using olive oil. No magic sarap or msg, just salt and pepper. Onions and bell pepper is also a staple sa mga food na niluluto ko.

You can have 1 meal cheat per week. If you already achieved your goal weight, you can have 1 cheat day per week. Until masanay ka na, you will learn to self regulate.

you SHOULD read more on the benefits of ACV pre. dami write ups sa net about it.

been an ACV drinker for more than 5 years now. on and off yung pag inom ko kasi mabilis syang maubos sa market.

buy Bragg's. theres another brand with the 'mother' included(mother - sediments on the vinegar that contain protein, enzymes, etc) but i havent tried it yet. i just stick to Bragg's.
