we give people visions, changes thier lifestyleand contradictions in life!

Supposedly using Maslows Hierarchy of needs blah blah.. .there are different levels of what we look for depending where we are in development.

i read somewhere that there was a scientific study on mozart's brains.. it said that mozart used a higher percentage of his brain than einstein did. in that light, mozart, a musician, might have been the most intelligent man to walk the earth. :)

in howard gardner's theory of multiple intelligence, musical ability is one of those areas wherein intelligence can be measured. if you were to ascribe to this theory, this would mean musicians, regardless of what level of musicality they possess, are more intelligent in one area than their non-musical counterparts... but it would be silly to say that every musician would fare just as good when tested in terms of mathematics, linguistics, interpersonal relations, etc...
