reference of the color and camouflage scheme is from the instruction manual. but i did some research myself also from the internet and military books especially on the tank's markings.

That's an easy fix if you're mechanically inclined. Mine has a similar problem if you drive it hard or use it for extended periods, but I easily figured out that a component was coming loose - can't remember exactly at this time. Might mod mine in the future, but I'm going to get a real compressor with air tank soon. I miss the old compressor I had... had a huge tank (25+ liters est.).

Don't handpaint them, but if you have to, try Vallejo paints.

Are you handy with a screwdriver? Often a metal pin just comes loose causing the compressor to fail. You can save 2k by taking a peek.

WOW!

sir may I ask, are you also painting the insides? I think model kits like this also has details. It would also be great if you have any picture lying there.

nope. i am not painting the insides. no need coz there are no details. but there are other kits that also include partial and full interior details. one good example of that is the academy 1/35 tiger 1 ausf. e early/mid version. that kit includes a full interior detail. other option would buy an interior resin set from aftermarket manufacturers like verlinden.
