cno po b s plagay nyo ang pinakamagaling n drummer d2 sa PINAS?I think kz sa sobrang talented ng pinoy madami ang sumusulpot na magagaling....na kyang pantayan ang mga foreign professional DRUMMER.....MORE POWER SA BANDANG PINOY!!!!!

:roll: ....nag drums kasi ako nung 1992 to 1998 pero wala akong masyadong exposure sa "Who's who" ng drum scene sa pinas..Tsk!

Eto ang ilan sa mga nakita ko at hinangaan;

Mr.Palito -drummer na,conguero pa!

The late Edmund Fortuno - Malupit yan,saka may showmanship!

Robert delacruz- Totoy pa lang noon yan sa Dredd,pero nakakapangilabot!

Mr.Bautista- (sh*t! nakalimutan ko pangalan)Taga-Taguig sya.Naka base sa Beijing. Malupit sa polyrhythm.World music at Jazz fusion ang binabanatan nya.Sikat sila sa mga Instsik!

dami pa e....Pepe Smith... Ay!...yun na lang ata alam ko.. :oops: jahi!

I love Bagets Mendez, Zach Lucero, Jayvee Torres, Koko Bermejo, Harley Alarcon, and Mike Alba.

I love Raims' studio drumming on all Eheads album.  I have yet to listen to the new Dong Abay.

yan ang tanong na napaka hirap sagutin... kahit sila2 ang tanungin mo walang aamin na sila ang pinaka magaling. magtuturuan pa yan kita niyo.. hehehe

pa humble epek lang iyon dahil pag uwi ng mga yan sa bahay, ipagpapamalaki nila yan sa misis at anak nila.  :lol:

It's hard to choose one but here are my choices in no particular order.

Jun Regalado (my master: the jedi obi wan kenobi of RP drumming),
Jun Boy Leonor (magaling din mag badminton!),
Robert Dela Cruz (tug tu tu pa tug brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.....),
the drummer of Death by Stereo,
Wowowilly Revillame,
Ria Bautista (she puts up a good show each time i see her and she's cute herself),
Harley Alarcon (miss u pare!),
Vic Mercado (true talent, diverse, versatile etc..).  :P

but sad to think sana they're like those foreign drummers
who now belong to the rich and famous just because of

dapat kasi maglabas ng mga instructional video ang mga pinoy drummers eh para naman mas makilala pa sila ng mga baguhang drummer ngayon. hindi yung puro foreign ang iniidolo natin.

totoo!!!!!...... maraming pinoy na malulufet pro lhat cla nagtuturuan (HUMBLE)....
sir jun regalado when i first saw him sa mega band ni sharon cuneta Idol ko na yun ngyn pa lalo na ung nag clinic sya sa megamall with MIke mangini last 2004 lufet!! dami pa like:
                    michael alba (master)
                    koko bermejo(jazz)
                    harley alarcon(funky)
                    drummer of radioactive sago project(forgot his name)
                    wendell of barbie's cradle..............

Koko Bermejo.

I was fortunate enough to watch him play when he was attending school back in the day. BTW, he can play incredible keyboards, bass and guitar too.
