eto question ko...

usong uso itong vocal effect sa pop music... like J.Lo.

and sa kanta ni Cher

do you believe in love *after love* (*vocal with that unknown effect)

hindi reverb ah. nag raise yung pitch pero un-human sound eh. parang naging synth yung boses niya or something.

vocoder ba yun? hindi ko ma-replicate sa bahay yung tunog eh. although ive been successful with vocoder effects (i.e. robotic vocal ng let's groove tonight -yung sa intro- ... EWF)

kung may makakatulong... thanx

vocoder effects din yun i think, nadala lang sa boses ni cher. mababa kasi yung boses nya eh. tapos inuulit lang.

that effect is a plug-in  effect
called AUTO TUNE.,

it automatically raises or lowers a singer's pitch to the desired tone, and can create that machine-like sound sa boses ni Cher.

ANTARES AUTO TUNE ata ang buong pangalan.

you use it within a host application, like say, SONar, or Cakewalk, and Auto tune is one of the 3rd party plug-ins you can use to add color to your sound files.
