so here's the scenario; I invited my cousin for a jam at their house using his vox ad50vt. Unfortunately, the amp wasn't used for 4 months, really dusty. At the midst of our jam, the amp's volume suddenly went fluctuating; going up, down and then gone  :?. Our suspicion is that a tube is broken. What do you guys say?
