GUITAR LUTHIER LF RECOMMENDATIONS

Im looking for a trusted and proven guitar luthier (or shop, I don't mind) that does refurbishing as well. Preferably in QC area. I decided to revive my old electric guitar that's been sitting in my room for quite some time.  :) Thanks in advance!  :)
