Title: help for soundproof... which is better?

hi guys, :-) my friend n i need help coz mejo magsstart xa wid a band studio, d namin lam which is better for soundproof.

the size of the wall will be 3.5meters long and 8 feet high
ano po bang mas ok na gamitin na board? ok lng po b ang plywood, gypsum, etc. and how much each. and how thick should d board be?
about the frame, anong klaseng kahoy ang ok, dos por dos?
and about sa blanket, anong blanket ang pinaka ok, pero not too expensive. limited budget din kasi.  :-D
di nmn kelangan totally soundproof, ma-minimize lng ung sound.
