HELP! Defective Boss DD-500!

Hi, Philmusic!

I have a Boss DD-500 pero may problema sa output. Once na nakaengage/on yung isang patch (e.g. Digital Delay) sa A or B na assign buttons, walang sound na lumalabas pero once na inoff na, bumabalik yung sound/signal.

I already tried resetting the factory system as well as re-updating the unit pero same pa rin.

Anybody knows how to solve this?
