pareho, as a guitarist and composer astig yung mga kanta niya... as a drummer di siya masyado teknikal pero sobrang pasok na pasok yung mga solid at posteng palo niya sa tugtugan ng nirvana dati.

i prefer dave grohl as a drummer/composer.
like sa unang foo fighters cd. he played all instruments and vocals. astig.

but, im kinda torn. kasi sa the colour and the shape, siya pa rin ba nagdrums doon? parang grohl-esque pa rin ang palo pero ang nakalagay sa credits si hawkins na eh. pati tunog and energy, dave grohl ang dating. that's my favorite grohl-related cd. next is queens of the stone age's songs for the deaf. then third is the first tenacious d cd. [of course, the nirvana albums are on a different plateau altogether]

yup dun sa colour and the shape 2 songs lang hindi kanyang palo... kaya talaga naman hindi makakaila na wala pa rin kupas si Dave... Kahit naman sa QOTSA astig din mga palo nya eh...
