mr vic, those are truly amazing shots:)
i also like mr jim ayson's pics, and slave unit's. very professional shots.
is it possible to get such crisp, clear shots with an ordinary digital point and shoot camera, and just edit using photoshop? thanks.
@starfugger, to tell you the truth, i'm still wondering if i had really taken myself to a higher consciousness in terms of taking photos, atleast this was my main goal and i think these are the result - by the way, i'm not young at age, 38 here, but only got a year in holding digital cams, first it was a panasonic fx-7 and now it's fz50, i postponed moving to a true dlsr because of cost in acquiring lens and i'm still in early stage. yes, it's very possible as you can see at my site:
http://flickr.com/photos/visualenlightenment/ , the fz50 works like a true dslr in features and in the photos produced and will likely be better if enhanced in PS CS2, format i use is RAW image eating up a high 19+MB of disk space per picture in my 1gb SD card, the picture is developed with SILKYPIX RAW DEVELOPER, a software that comes with the panasonic fz50 unit, final image is saved by silkypix as jpeg format and finally processed with photoshop if needed. for daily shooting situations like parties and events, use jpeg format in your camera, for professional format use RAW if you have this option with your unit. i hope this helps a lot in your learning.
