Hi! We'd like to personally announce to your band that we will launch the Global Battle of the Bands (GBOB) once again in the Philippines this 2011.
GBOB is a Int'l band competition with over 25 countries worldwide participating, open to all bands (all ages, genres, profession, etc.). There will be auditions and eliminations in several key cities in the Philippines, leading to a national finals in Manila.
The national champion will be given a round trip ticket and accommodation for 4 days to the world finals, and will perform with other bands from 30 other nations. The winner of the GBOB gets a grand prize of $ 100,000.00 USD worth of cash and live promotions/recordings in UK. Please see the info tab for more details about rules at the info tab of

We hope for this to become a gateway to join the international band community, make friends around the world, and together with all the pinoy bands in GBOB, show the world what we are made of.
Joining this community is the first step to joining the live competition in 2011.
GUIDELINES in JOINING GBOB COMMUNITY:
1) Join the facebook page at

2) Go to
http://gbob.com and create a band profile. Instructions are on the website
3) Then go to
http://gbob.com/profile/GBOBphilippines. Once you do, click "Add as friend" so we can get in touch with you.
4) Post the link of your facebook page at the GBOB Philippines Facebook Page
