eh ano ngayon kung SLAPSHOCK? Di sila tatagal sa gantong music industry if wala silang TALENT.. magaling lang talaga sila kaya ganun, 

tsaka tama na yang mga comparisons na yan..like kung sino mas deserving na sumikat sa international..sino mas magaling.. sus! nakakasawa nang basahin!  Slapshock really deserves it men.. Nagsikap talaga sila kaya nila eto narating.. Tsaka yung mga genre issues.. nakakasawa na rin...

mas concentrate pa mga tao ngayon sa GENRE.. kesa sa MUSIC ng banda...

Remember that GENRE is "TYPE" of MUSIC... peace!

slapshock touring the us? hmmm 

Slapshock has garnered numerous awards during their entire career. They are consistent winners at the annual NU 107 Rock Awards. They won Best New Artist and Listener’s Choice in 2000. They won Band of the Year, Best Bassist and again a Listener’s Choice Award in 2001. They were again Band of the Year, the year after. They were also Philippines’ representative to the MTV Asia Awards 2003 in Singapore and presented an award to LINKIN PARK.

Once again, last March 7, 2008, marked a historic event for Slapshock as they represented the Philippines and Asia. They became the first ever Filipino and Asian artist to be invited to participate in the Dubai Desert Rock Festival. It’s the most prestigious annual rock event in the Middle East with thousands of rock afficionados gathering from all parts of the globe. They shared the stage with KORN, KILLSWITCH ENGAGE, VELVET REVOLVER,AS I LAY DYING,MACHINE HEAD AND MUSE.

ano ba ang masama sa slapshock? gusto ko yung kanta nilang agent orange, grade 6 plang ako nun, pinapagalitan pa ako ng nanay ko pag nag he head bang ako sa sala tapos todo volume. hehe. good times..

kudos slapshock. and for the record, marami akong alam na foreign "Top 40" bands that can't bust their drums, hold their guitars, or flaunt their mikes against them.

Actually, hindi. Now, if the sex bomb girls ever tour the US, now that will be a big embarassment. It's like we're trying to show that we are full of bitches here in the Philippines. Slapshock would be great in the US. At least they'd be different compared to the punk craze that's going on there.
