Bad trip lang sa GDI21...ayaw nya ng me kasama syang ibang pedal at naka-off sya. Grabe tonesucker ! If you're gonna use this one, use a Bypass looper with it. Or have it converted to true bypass :D

pwede ma-convert gdI21 into true bypass? :-D

OD3 it is for me. You can go from creamy, slightly throaty boost to near-distortion territory with this pedal. At slightly over 5k, it is hard to beat. :)

i just tested a screaming blues ng digitech... panalo!! haha.. swabe, and pwde pa magkaron ng xtra punch by raising the low knob.. hehe

nagkaron ng time na BM ung primary drive pedal ko.. ok cya, lalo na sa fender na amp.. ung performer 65.. meron cyang crunch and parang xtra gain.. sa marshall avt, mdyo kulang ung BM para sakin..

sd-2 is ok rin! pero counted pa ba? hehe.. 2 pedals in one na un e.. haha

Most overdrive pedals are built to stand alone i think. It's just a matter of how much gain you want and what kind of tonality you want. The reason why i say this is coz at least at one point in time, i've tried or owned the more common od models out there. Od3, ts808, od808, sd2, bad monkey to name a few and all of then sounded great at what they're supposed to do. Want transparent? Go od3. Want mid hump? Go for an 808 type. Want more gain? Buy a distortion pedal or a second od of the same kind to boost it. Wanna be broke? Get a zendrive... Hehe...

I really like the boss overdrives. I consider the SD-1 and OD-2 the gold standard in overdrives. It helps that their sound appears on a lot of popular songs. This is also its downfall because they tend to sound a little too generic. This is where the SD-2 comes in, its original sound may have been the attraction for guitarists who prefer their tone sound a little more unique. Im just wondering why the classified have suddenly become awash with SD2s.
