underground/garage rock in the philippines???

we love to rock out! country/rock and roll garage rock is what we do!

  We're from the states and Canada but live in Taiwan.
we hope to go to the philippines for a few shows in december.

any suggestions on venues or bands that we could play with?
punk/underground scenes are great! anyone who knows and loves to rock out ...please help out!
