Title: (updated) ANONG CABLES DAPAT? (RECORDING)

Bale ganito po ang plano ko:

Condenser, Keyboard, Guitar  --cable 1--> Mixer --cable 2--> Line-in of my laptop.

Anong klaseng cable ba dapat yung cable 1?

E yung cable 2 naman?

At may mali po ba sa setup plan ko? Tnx.

kung xlr mic mo at may xlr mixer mo, xlr to xlr cable.. from keyboard / guitar to mixer, pl to pl...  panu ba out ng mixer mo at line in ng laptop mo...

agree.
for cable 2, I suggest you use an RCA to baby PL cable/connector. as I am sure your mixer has a tape out that you can send directly to the line in (baby PL) of your laptop.

yung mic ko po, xlr talaga. condenser. so ok na po about cable 1 (gagamit ako ng xlr to xlr cable). pero yung cable 2 po, d ko po alam kung ano ang itsura ng pl eh...

ito yung nakasulat sa ibang socket ng mixer:

ctrl room out (kasya yung cable ng gitara)
main out (kasya rin yung cable ng gitara)
tape out (dalawang socket, red(R) at white(L), pang rca ata ito)

sinubukan ko po lagyan ng guitar cable yung main out papunta sa line in ng laptop. at dahil malaki yung dulo nung cable, linagyan ko ng adepter na pampaliit para sinlaki lang ng sa earphones... e hindi po gumana eh... walang naririnig yung pc...

anyway tnx po sa mga sagot niyo. sorry noob lang po hehe.

Yung RCA cable po ba na dapat kong gamitin ay yung mukhang "Y"? dalawa kasi yung "tape out" socket eh. isang white at isang red (left and right). tapos yung kabilang dulo niya dapat ay yung parang dulo ng ipod earphones? tnx
